Gillette Pushes Razor in Video Contest

Gillette is challenging college football fans to get their ‘game face’ on in a new promotion to push its Fusion Power razor.

The company has partnered with former Notre Dame quarterback Brady Quinn in a sweepstakes that encourages guys to create videos or photos that show their own game face. A grand prize package includes a trip to New York City to meet Quinn

People can enter at GilletteGameFace.com where they will be directed to join the Gillette GameFace group on Facebook and to check out Brady Quinn’s GameFace video with advice on how to create their own.

Once a member, they can upload their video or photo and will be automatically entered to win the grand prize. Entrants are also automatically entered in a weekly drawing where three winners will receive a Gillette Fusion shave kit, a MiniDV digital camcorder and a football autographed by Quinn.

Videos can also be created at the Gillette Fusion Power GameFace College Tour exhibition, on site at each ESPN College GameDay live broadcast location and the ESPN GridIron Blowout tour events. While there, guys can also get a Fusion shave from a professional female barber or try shaving with Fusion by themselves at the self-shave kiosk.

The grand prize is an all-inclusive trip for four to New York City to meet Quinn, and a Gillette GameFace entertainment package, which includes a 40-inch flat-panel LCD HDTV, multimedia surround sound speaker system, one a Nintendo Wii or $300 Best Buy gift card.

All four travelers will also receive a Gillette Fusion shave kit, a MiniDV digital camcorder and a Brady Quinn Gillette Fusion autographed football.

The contest ends on Dec. 3.
