Amway Reintroduces Vitamin and Skin Care Brands via Tour

Amway Global is readying a North American tour to boost awareness of its two flagship brands, Nutrilite vitamin, mineral, and dietary supplements; and Artistry skin care and cosmetics.

Two customized vehicles will hit the road Oct. 1, to sample the products and hand out educational materials. The start date ties to Amway Global’s presenting sponsorship of “Tina Turner Live in Concert.”

The Artistry motor coach will offer visitors a relaxing spa experience where they can get complementary services, sit in a lounge for product sampling or use an interactive touch-screen LCD to learn about the products..

The Nutrilite tour will arrive in a 1,000-square-foot semi trailer offering health assessments, product sampling, and a variety of interactive displays.

“We’re incredibly proud of our brands, but they’ve been two of the world’s best-kept secrets,” said Steve Lieberman, managing director of Quixtar North America/Amway Global, in a statement. “We intend to change that by literally taking these brands on the road and introducing them to consumers.”

The mobile units will accompany the 36 concerts to be held in more than 20 U.S. and Canadian cities, beginning Oct. 1 in Kansas City.
