Posted on by Chief Marketer Staff

Imported beer maker Newcastle Brown Ale is set to start a grassroots “edutainment” campaign to get the word out about the brands.

Three-person street teams, called “Ale Blazers” will visit local bars around the country offering product samples and information on the beer. The teams will hit 20 cities beginning this month and ending in May.

On site games will offer participants the chance to win Newcastle branded items such as key chains, t-shirts, pins, hats and a 64 MB Newcastle Brown Ale jump drive pen.

The stops include Atlanta, Jacksonville, FL, Boston, San Francisco, Sacramento, CA, Philadelphia, PA, Albany, NY, Charleston, SC, Charlotte, NC, Monterrey, CA, Denver, CO, Las Vegas, NV, Milwaukee, WI, New Orleans, LA, New York, Sparks, NV, Raleigh, NC, Santa Barbara, CA and Mammoth, CA.
