Gap’s New Loyalty Credit Card Works in Three Stores

Posted on by Chief Marketer Staff

Gap Inc. has begun offering a new private-label credit card that lets shoppers use the card to shop the company’s Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy brands.

The program improves on the existing loyalty rewards program allowing points to be earned and redeemed across the three retail stores.

Coupons good for 10% off an initial purchase at each brand will be offered to existing and new credit card customers. Customers can also earn and redeem a $10 Bucks Back certificate for every $200 charged at the stores or online. Shoppers also receive free shipping for online purchases over $50 with their card. One point is earned for every dollar spent.

Gap launched the card in 1998, followed by Old Navy in 2000.
