Regarding the letter from Mr. Claiborne of The Elks magazine in Chicago, who asks whether he will have “forfeited his aggrieved status” by having kept his Slim Whitman album along with both refunds: the answer is “No.”

However, he WILL be forced to ride forever on that range up in the sky, a’ chasing after the Devil’s herd, and hear their mournful cry….
