InfoUSA Offers Suppression Feature to Customer List Service

Posted on by Chief Marketer Staff

InfoUSA Inc., Omaha, NE, has introduced a system that will allow customers to access and download business and consumer information directly to their PC via the Internet, while maintaining selection history and customer suppression.

Through the new service, ProspectZone, users can select a target audience based on geographic area, type of business, or an individual’s age, income, marital status, and many other selects. The prospects are separated from current customers so there is no chance of contacting a current customer with information relevant only to a prospect.

ProspectZone customers can use this information for market research, business reference and finding new sales leads. The service allows for dealer/territory protection, as well as “pay as you go” point-of-purchase sales. ProspectZone will also offer customer suppression and territory/lead protection. A user’s home office can be assured that current clients are not being called on and the sales offices can control the lead selection process.

InfoUSA provides business and consumer information products and data processing services.
