The announcement follows a formal review process. AMP will be responsible for all traditional and digital media strategy, planning and execution services in connection with its work.

The work was previously handled by MediaEdge:cia under WPP. New work from AMP, which is working on more than 25 products under the brand names, begins this month.

“We look forward to raising the brand profiles and extending the scope of these companies with a fresh media strategy,” Karen Macumber, senior vice president of media for AMP Agency, said in a release. “Both are prestigious companies with impressive service offerings.

AMP Agency’s clients include Maybelline New York, U.S. Cellular and Genzyme, among others.
