ReachLocal Wants to Help SMBs Convert More Leads With ReachEdge

Posted on

Today ReachLocal, an online marketing firm aiming to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), is making its ReachEdge product generally available in the U.S. The new service is an addition to the company’s suite of solutions and has three main components: website design, lead management and mobile app.

ReachLocal sees three sections in an SMB’s sales funnel (from top to bottom):

  • Discover: optimized advertising and marketing
  • Contact: websites designed to make it easy for customers to contact the business
  • Choose: lead management and follow-up.

ReachEdge is aimed to help SMBs in the bottom two pieces of the funnel (contact and choose) and is meant to plug up all the leaks in a sales funnel
