Adility™ and MINDBODY Partner to Deliver Controlled Online Offer Distribution to MINDBODY Merchants

09.07.2011– Adility, the leading platform for online to offline commerce that connects brands, retailers and merchants with online publishers, has partnered with MINDBODY, a leading online business management software provider, to bring social buying to small- and medium-sized businesses in the health, wellness and beauty industries.

The partners have deployed an online to offline commerce platform that provides controlled online distribution to MINDBODY’s 14,000 merchants. Collectively, these clients deliver hundreds of thousands of class- and appointment-based services to consumers around the world, services that can now be offered in the form of digital deals and coupons. The new partnership gives participating businesses the ability to post deals on their terms, setting deal parameters that will drive sales consistently without creating disruptive surges in daily operations.

Different from other deal site offerings, the solution works within a merchant-controlled environment that empowers MINDBODY merchants to choose from over 650 online publishers that are connected to the Adility Cloud. Merchants can set a variety of attributes via MINDBODY’s business management system (POS) including discount amounts, geographic regions, times and other attributes to define when and where these promotions can be displayed online via the Adility Gatway integration to the Mindbody system.

The all-in-one, location-based advertising platform Adility has created seamlessly integrates with MINDBODY’s software, enabling businesses to track and improve customer acquisition and retention including POS rdemption. Adility’s media publishing network now reaches more than 80 million consumers and clients include AOL, Coupons.com, CBS Interactive and many more leading online publishers.
