For its 21st year, Upshot has a new look, story, capabilities and tag line: The Seamless Marketing Agency. There is less emphasis on departments to build the needs of each client and more on building the collective talent needed to deliver on the client objectives. The shop won the Men’s Health Urbanathalon Agency Challenge, giving it bragging rights and a full-page PSA for a charity of its choice with a team photo in the magazine’s April issue.
