Kellogg’s Rolls Out Spider-Man Cereal and Pop-Tarts

Just in time for Spider-Man 2, Kellogg’s is bringing back its limited edition Spider-Man toasted oat cereal and Pop-Tarts toaster pastries.

The Spidey products will roll out in conjunction with the June 30 U.S. movie release of Sony/Columbia Pictures’ Spider-Man 2. Promotions for the products will vary by market.

In the U.S., the promotion includes Kellogg’s Spider-Man toasted out cereal, which contains Spidey-berry (wild berry) fruit-flavored toasted oats. Kellogg’s Spider-Man Pop-Tarts will feature red pastry with Spidey-berry fruit filling topped with web-like frosting. An on-pack offer will prompt consumers to collect proofs-of-purchase to receive a Spidey-Signal wristband, Spider-Man voice activated software or a thin skin Spider-Man watch.
