Wheaten & Wheaten Taps ex-OfferMobi and Offervault Exec Jim Lillig For EVP Position

Veteran Interactive marketer Jim Lillig joins digital agency Wheaten & Wheaten as their Executive Vice President after leaving Offervault and OfferMobi. His addition to the team signals Wheaten’s ambitions to move into the mobile space as well as shore up key Fortune 500 advertiser accounts.

December 9, 2010 — Chicago, IL – Wheaten & Wheaten Worldwide, looking to expand both their online and mobile capabilities has named online performance marketing veteran Jim Lillig to the position of Executive Vice President. Lillig most recently held the position of VP Business Development for the mobile startup OfferMobi, as well as VP Business Development at Offervault, the most popular search engine for Cost per Action campaign research on the Internet.

Wheaten & Wheaten owns the online performance ad network adFoundry as well as the cutting edge online lead generation platform LeadDemon, has been steadily increasing their reach to both mobile and online advertisers. They have also recently launched BargainMafia, a coupon site dedicated to reaching local markets. The addition of Lillig to their team will significantly increase their visibility to advertisers looking to augment direct engagement strategies in both the mobile ad space and the online performance industry.

Previous consulting clients include brands such as Microsoft, Sony and Kodak.

Lillig begins his new role of helping to shape the company’s digital media offerings immediately and will work directly with Wheaten & Wheaten’s CEO/President Holly Brown to grow top line revenues.
