Elemento L2 added a planning department and restructured the creative team. A promotion for Target at LA Live celebrated Halloween and Dia de los Muertos with a mega event called “Skeletown Square.” More than 10,000 guests enjoyed trick-or-treating, face painting, pumpkin decorating, carnival games and an impressive Dia de los Muertos altar display. The event won two 2015 PRO Awards. Its new Instagram account shows off office adventures with friends and family
