Access Worldwide Communications, a sales, marketing and medical education service provider, has appointed two high-level direct marketing executives. Bernard Tronel was named senior vice president and chief operating officer of the company’s teleservices group. Tronel joined the company in April as general manager of the firm’s TMS teleservices group. Robert M. Regazzi, who came to Access in August 1998 as senior vice president and general manager of the company’s Phoenix Marketing Group, was promoted to chief operating officer of Phoenix Marketing Group. Both men were also made senior vice presidents and corporate officers.
