Zurich Direct Awards Media buying Account to Carat North America

Zurich Direct, a direct marketer of life insurance, has awarded its media planning and buying account to Carat North America. The billings are estimated at $5 million to $10 million per year.

Carat will be responsible for all media buying for Zurich Direct, with a heavy focus on direct response television.

Susan Rowe, senior vice president and managing director of Carat Chicago, will oversee the account. Working with her will be senior vice president Mark Willson and vice president/director of direct response Marybeth Peters.

Other Carat staffers working on the account are planning supervisor Joe Linsky, direct response supervisor Mark Hodor and senior media buyer Tom Pearson.

Carat North America has over $4.5 billion in media billings.
