Working Solutions, a provider of remote agent call center services, yesterday completed its acquisition of Advanced Data-Comm, a call-center services company based in Dubuque IA.
ADC provides outsourced sales and customer care solutions to mid-sized to large enterprises. According to data provided by Working Solutions, 70% of ADC’s large-enterprise customers have been its clients for more than 15 years.
Plano, TX-based Working Solutions runs a network of 28,000 remote home-based calling agents. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
