Portrait Software, a developer of customer interaction optimization software, will acquire Million Handshakes AS, a Norwegian provider of outbound campaign management software.
Terms were not disclosed.
Portrait said this acquisition brings it “powerful new marketing technology, around 100 new customers, and a proven software-as-a-service capability.”
