The International book club project, formed by the DirectGroup division of Bertelsmann AG, co-owners with AOL Time Warner Inc. of the Book-of-the-Month Club, has an estimated reach of 28 million members worldwide. The international club will draw on recommendations of DirectGroup editors from the U.S., Europe, Asia and Australia.
