ADVO Inc. has teamed up with MediaNews Group, Los Angeles, to create a shared advertising package for the Southern California market.
Starting in August, the enhanced Los Angeles Newspaper Group (LANG) program will enable advertisers to place inserts in direct mail envelopes and newspapers reaching roughly 2 million Los Angeles-area households.
The inserts will be mailed to consumers who do not subscribe to LANG newspapers. The program will use ADVO’s sub-ZIP code level targeting capabilities.
