TransUnion has acquired Visionary Systems Inc., an analytics and decisioning services firm based in Atlanta. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Visionary Systems will maintain its Atlanta location, and top management, as well as all personnel, will stay with the company. Jim Eckstein, chairman and founder of Visionary Systems, will report to Jeffrey Hellinga, president of TransUnion’s Analytic Decision Services group.
