Senior Management, in partnership with Golden Gate Capital, has acquired the Newport News catalog from Spiegel Inc.
Post closing, the business will continue to operate under the Newport News name. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Newport News will continue to be headquartered in New York and operate a distribution facility in Virginia.
