PacificNet Inc., a Chinese telecom services provider, has acquired a 51% controlling interest in call center operator Guangzhou 3G Information Technology Co. Ltd. for $5 million.
In addition to call centers, Guangzhou offers data connection to the four major telecom operators: China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom, and China Netcom, covering both mobile and fixed-line networks.
