COCA-COLA:

has partnered with online music company Musicmatch, Inc. to promote its Sprite brand.

MR. YOUTH LLC: a provider of marketing and promotional services reaching the 12-24 demographic, has secured its first round of equity financing from The Mentor Fund, a private equity fund of North American entrepreneurs. Financial terms were not disclosed. The company also named Jordan H. Rednor chairman and appointed him to the board of directors. Rednor is currently a partner and managing director of The Mentor Fund, as well as president of Rednor Gunderson Group, and international management consulting and merchant banking firm.

DELTA AIR LINES: expanded its marketing agreement with Internet service provider EarthLink. Members of Delta’s SkyMiles program will now be able to earn miles for subscribing to EarthLink services such as dial-up, high-speed DSL or cable connections. The agreement allows SkyMiles members to earn 7,000 bonus miles for new subscriptions to EarthLink. Members who sign up for new service by Mar. 31, will receive an additional 3,000 miles for a total of 10,000 miles.
