NetBet.com, an online gambling service based in Las Vegas, has signed a letter of intent to merge with technology developer Atlanta-based Internet Gaming Inc.
IGI said its proprietary Internet gaming software allows customers to play games using telephone debit cards. This technology permits customers to access the gaming system using a telephone, if they don’t have access to a computer, or via the Internet and retrieve their winnings from any automated teller machine.
