Marketing Services Group Inc., New York, has signed a binding agreement to acquire Atlanta-based direct response agency Grizzard Communications Group for $100 million.
Grizzard offers strategic planning, creative, database management, print production, mailing and Internet marketing. The two organizations began cross-marketing efforts this spring and have already begun linking their operations and resources.
