Millward Brown Acquires Dynamic Logic

Millward Brown Group, a market research agency that focuses on online and offline brand marketing, has acquired for undisclosed terms Dynamic Logic Inc., an online advertising measurement and market research firm.

The two firms plan to combine their interactive products and services and offer them under the Dynamic Logic name.

Millward plans to leverage its acquisition of Dynamic Logic to expand its research presence internationally in the online channel–targeting advertisers, agencies and publishers. It already maintains more than 70 offices in 42 countries

“Clients want accountability for their multi-channel marketing, and we will be offering a range of innovative products and approaches backed by the expertise of both companies,” said Nick Nyham, president and co-founder of Dynamic Logic, in a prepared statement.

The two firms have been working together closely since February 2003 when they formed a strategic partnership, and have shared clients.
