Victorian Trading Co. has launched catalog blow-in and package insert programs. Only one insert will be accepted in each of the 4.5 million catalogs mailed annually. Up to five inserts will be placed in 141,000 annual package shipments. The minimum size for inserts for both programs is 3-1/2 by 5 inches. The maximum size is 6 by 6 inches for the blow-in and 5-1/2 by 8-1/2 for the PIP. Inquiries for inserts heavier than .25 ounce will be considered.
