The J. Brown Agency has added a second senior-level post in two months in an effort to improve its creative and strategic work.
J. Brown hired Susan Arditi as senior VP-director of client development, a new post at the Stamford, CT-based agency.
Arditi had been VP-account director at 141 Worldwide, New York City; she began at J. Brown on March 14.
Last month J. Brown named Victor Mazzeo to the new post of chief creative officer; he had been exec VP-creative director at 141 Worldwide (Feb. 23 Xtra).
