IWCO Direct, a direct mail services firm, has acquired the operating assets of Fala Direct Marketing Inc.
Terms were not disclosed.
Fala CEO Jeffrey Jurick will join Chanhassen, MN-based IWCO as senior vice president of sales.
“In June of 2004, we announced both an expansion of our Minnesota facilities and our intention to evaluate expansion opportunities in other geographic locations,” said IWCO CEO Jim Andersen in a statement. “Fala met our criteria.”
