InfoUSA, Omaha, NE, has added Dennis P. Walker and Richard J. Borda to its board of directors.
Walker is president and CEO of Jet Linx Aviation, a corporate jet firm. Before joining Jet Linx, he co-founded Memberworks, a membership service provider that markets a variety of health care, insurance, travel, entertainment and home-security offerings.
Borda retired in 1990 from his positions as vice chairman and chief financial officer of National Life Insurance Company and chairman and CEO of Sentinel Group Funds. He serves as a director of both companies.
Separately, former Nebraska Senator Bob Kerrey has resigned from the board, citing his increased responsibilities as president of the New School University in New York City.
