InfoSearch Media Inc. reported $2.9 million in revenues for the first quarter that ended on March 31, reflecting a 77% increase, compared the $1.6 million in revenues it reported for the same quarter in 2005.
The search engine marketing services firm has narrowed its losses. It reported a net loss of $300,000 in the most recent first quarter, compared to a $200,000 loss in the first quarter last year.
InfoSearch attributed its losses to non-cash equity compensation for options and restricted stock grants provided to consultants, employees and members of the board of directors.
The company achieved goals for monthly sales growth and launched a Web-based platform to provide clients with order processing and production services, according to George Lichter, president and CEO of InfoSearch.
