GOT Corp. has acquired Smart Solutions International, (SSI) a U.S.-based Cognos Business Intelligence consultancy. The deal adds business intelligence functions to GOT’s offerings. GOT did not release the purchase price.
The acquisition allows GOT to offer a variety of business intelligence services, including digital marketing applications and analytics to plan, measure, and track online communications. It also expands GOT’s footprint in Latin America and the Caribbean.
SSI will continue to operate as a separate company in Boca Raton, FL, and will become a wholly owned subsidiary of GOT. SSI’s name will change to Smart Solutions Inc. – a GOT company. San Jose, CA-based GOT sells Customer Relationship Marketing technology.
