F.Y.I. Inc., Dallas, has acquired two direct marketing and printing firms: Sacramento, CA-based TCH Group, and Advanced Digital Graphics, Inc. (ADG) located in San Rafael, CA.
The TCH Group, founded in 1983, provides digital color and black/white reproduction, bindery, offset printing and fulfillment services to the retail, corporate, and trade market via the Internet and traditional media. ADG is a full-service printer offering multi-color short-run commercial printing as well as state-of-the-art Xerographic services.
The annual revenue of the acquisitions totals approximately $13 million and increases F.Y.I.’s annualized revenue run rate to more than $260 million.
“TCH and ADG are excellent additions to F.Y.I.’s direct marketing segment, supplementing the recent acquisition of Creative Mailings, Inc.,” said F.Y.I. president and CEO Ed H. Bowman Jr. in a statement. “These acquisitions strengthen F.Y.I.’s position in the ad mail, fulfillment, long-run print and demand print markets and expand the services available to cross-sell through F.Y.I.’s strong West Coast presence.”
