Epsilon, a database marketing services firm, has named Janice Rudenauer senior vice president, customer relationship management consulting.
She joins the Wakefield, MA firm’s Boston office, after recently leading consulting engagements with FleetBoston Financial and Wheelhouse Corp. Before that, she served as vice president, relationship marketing, then vice president, online intelligence, at Charles Schwab and Co. in San Francisco.
