Draft, Inc. has named David Florence, president and COO. The promotion took effect May 8.

Florence, 49, was the president of Draft International since 2002. He will assume operational responsibilities for the entire network, with the exception of Draft's offices in Chicago and New York City. Those offices will continue to be led by president and COO Yvonne Furth and president and COO Laurence Boschetto, respectively.
Florence is also a member of the Draft board of directors and had previously worked as president of the New York City office from 1994 to 2002.
He will report to chairman and CEO, Howard Draft.
