Digital Impact’s deliverability rate was 95.4% during the fourth quarter of 2004, an improvement from the 95% it realized during the third quarter. On a year-over-year basis, the company’s deliverability rate increased by 8.6%.
Among the top 15 Internet service providers (ISPs), including AOL, Yahoo, Earthlink and MSN, Digital Impact realized a 97.7% delivery rate.
The company attributed its delivery improvements to reductions in ISP blocks and bounce rates.
