Deluxe Corp. reported a net loss of $2 million for the second quarter, compared to net income of $42 million last year.
The direct marketer and check printer reported revenue of $403 million for the quarter ended June 30, down from revenue of $434 million last year.
The St. Paul, MN company attributed these results to a $45 million pre-tax asset impairment charge and lower order volume for Direct Checks.
