China Unicom Taps PacificNet Epro

China Unicom Shanghai has chosen PacificNet Epro to provide customer relationship management consulting and call center training services. 
Terms were not disclosed.

Under the agreement, PacificNet will oversee China Unicom’s customer service center–the “10010 Information Hotline.
