In an effort to reach Hispanic homebuyers in the U.S., Century 21 Real Estate Corp. has expanded its national Hispanic marketing program.
The strategy includes the launch of two new Spanish-language commercials that will air throughout 2004 on the nation’s top three Hispanic networks: Telemundo, Univision and Telefutura.
The company will also continue its exclusive sponsorship of Camino a Casa con Century 21, a home-buying segment on the Telemundo television network’s early morning snow, De Mananita. The 13-week series runs through June and will feature special guests and question and answer segments, offering viewers information about the home-buying process. Consumers can also find information and resources at www.telemundo.com and www.century21espanol.com, the Century 21 System’s Spanish-language Web site.
