Carlson Marketing has named Doug Rozen as VP-interactive marketing.

He will oversee the agency¹s interactive offerings, including strategy, design and development. Rozen, who assumed the role last month, will report to Andy Wright, executive VP-sales and marketing services.

Rozen replaces Gino Giovannelli, who left the company earlier this year.

Prior to joining Carlson Marketing, Rozen worked for JWT as senior partner and managing director of RMG Connect in Chicago. At JWT he led the development of digital and direct marketing strategies for such clients as Unilever, U.S. Marine Corps., Nestlé, Kraft Foods, Ford Motor Co., Western Union and FEMA.

His resume also includes building an Intranet for General Motors and developing Web-based applications for First Union National Bank.

Minneapolis-based Carlson Marketing designs and delivers sales and marketing programs to help clients increase ROI. It has three lines of business: meetings and events, sales and marketing services and Carlson 1to1.
