Velocity Sports & Entertainment has hired three associates.
David Burns will join the FedEx account team, which handles such properties as the NFL, PGA Tour, FedEx Orange Bowl, Bowl Championships Series and the FedEx St. Jude Classic. He will also join the Citizens Bank account team.
Most recently, Burns worked for Octagon as an account executive on the MasterCard International account.
Allen Goldner joins the Cingular account and will manage several regional markets including the Carolinas, North and South Florida and the Seattle, Spokane, WA, regions. He will also work with Gillette and eBay. Goldner recently received an MBA in sports business from Arizona State University.
Gerry Fallon will work on the IBM account with consulting and hospitality and meeting planning divisions on sponsorships such as the NFL, Cirque du Soliel, the PGA Tour and the US Open. Fallon attended The American University where he received a B.A. in communications.
