DM technology and media provider ValueClick Inc. reported first quarter revenue of $19.5 million, an increase of $7.1 million from revenue of $12.4 million for the first quarter of 2002.
For the quarter ended March 31, net income was $1.2 million, versus a net loss of $8.8 million for the first quarter of 2002. (The 2002 quarter included a change in accounting charge of $7.6 million.)
The Westlake Village, CA-based company anticipates revenue in the range of $19.0 million for the second quarter, an approximately 35% increase over the 2002 quarter.
