Transcontinental Inc., a media and printing firm, has acquired marketing and communications company Redwood Custom Communications. Financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
Redwood is based in Toronto and Transcontinental is located in Montreal. Redwood employed 130 people as of the acquisition. Redwood CEO Erick Schneider will remain at the head of the unit.
