TracyLocke promoted last Friday Beth Ann Kaminkow to president and COO.
She will be responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations, client relations and talent development.
Most recently, she had been chief talent officer, a position she has held since joining the agency in 2006.
She has also been president of the Wilton, CT, office since 2007.
