Roy Y. Liu has been named Chief Financial Officer for toysmart.com, a Waltham. MA-based the retailer of educational toys on the Internet.
Liu will be responsible for the overall financial direction of the company. His first talks will be to secure both second and third rounds of venture capital funding and to spearhead the company’s efforts toward making an Initial Public Offering.
Liu comes to toysmart.com after two years at Imperial Bank, where he was first vice president responsible for emerging growth industries.
