TeleTech Holdings Inc. reported $329.8 million in second quarter revenues, reflecting a 14.8% increase compared to one year ago.
The multi-national teleservices and database marketing firm, based in Englewood, CO, anticipates it will add 5,000 workstations during the second half of 2007. During the second half of 2006 it added 4,000 new workstations.
TeleTech operates call centers in the U.S., Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, India, Malaysia, Mexico and the Philippines. It’s in the process of launching new operations in South Africa. It operates 34,000 workstations and employs 50,000.
