Service bureau TeleTech Holdings Inc., Denver, has acquired Pamet River Inc., a Boston-based marketing company. Terms were not disclosed.
Pamet River’s services include Internet solutions, data extraction, profiling and analysis, integrated marketing communications and program measurement.
Vin Cipolla, Pamet’s president and CEO, has been named TeleTech’s chief marketing officer. Cipolla, 42, founded Pamet in 1994. He is the former vice chairman and now director emeritus of the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a non-profit group working to protect privacy and access to online resources.
