Ingenio Inc. has launched a pay-per-call telemarketing tracking service for search engine marketing promotions conducted by agencies and marketing firms.
Rather than tracking Internet click streams, Ingenio’s will be tracking inbound telephone data generated via the Internet.
The San Francisco-based Internet services firm is offering automated scheduling for answering calls. Tracking services include customized reports for measuring total call volume, online impressions, conversion rates, average call charges and call duration, by day, week, month and quarter.
