TeleServices Internet Group Inc. (TSIG.com), St. Petersburg, FL, has finalized its acquisition of infomercial and Internet marketing company Reliant Interactive Media Corp.
Terms were not disclosed.
“With the acquisition of Reliant, TSIG.com gains a marketing powerhouse and a management team that has been responsible for over $3 billion in sales over the past sixteen years,” said company chairman Robert Gordon, in a statement.
