T-Online International AG, an Internet service provider in Germany, has bought Bertelsmann’s Dutch online book-selling unit together with German publishers Georg von Holtzbrinck and Weltbild, according to wire service reports.
Terms were not disclosed.
The three companies will assume equal stakes in Dutch online bookshop bol.com, which has 850,000 clients.
